Sipbacks™ Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 2, 2025

By using this website, customers are automatically enrolled in the Sipbacks™ rewards program. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the Sipbacks™ Terms & Conditions, as well as the 247 Alcohol Delivery Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for participation in the Sipbacks™ rewards program (the “Program”), the following conditions must be met:

  • Participant must be 19 years of age or older at the time of their first qualifying order.
  • Participant must create a registered account on www.247alcoholdelivery.ca.
  • Orders must be placed exclusively through the official website.
  • Orders must be placed from a single customer account; multiple accounts will not be aggregated.
  • Only selected bottles are eligible for Sipbacks™ rewards. Beers, pops, and juices are excluded from the program.
  • Eligible products will be clearly marked on the product page, and the reward amount payable will be listed.

2. Qualifying Orders

A "qualifying order" is defined as:

  • An order including one or more eligible bottles (excluding pop, or juice),
  • Placed through a registered customer account,
  • Paid in full via credit card, e-transfer, or cash, and
  • Confirmed as delivered via the 247 Alcohol Delivery system.

Delivery confirmation will require:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID presented at the time of delivery.
  • If paid by credit card, verification that the name on the card matches the ID of the recipient.

3. Reward Issuance

  • Each qualifying bottle order entitles the customer to a yearly Sipbacks™ reward, the value of which is determined by 247 Alcohol Delivery and listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Rewards will be paid out annually, on the second Monday of each January following the year of purchase.
  • Sipbacks™ rewards are paid via Interac e-Transfer to the email address associated with the customer's registered account.
  • Participants must have a Canadian bank account and an eligible Interac e-Transfer-enabled email to receive reward payments.
  • Reward payments are not guaranteed, and may change at any time without notice.
  • Sipbacks™ payouts will continue for as long as 247 Alcohol Delivery operates the program. However, rewards may be paused, altered, or terminated at any time without notice.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Customers who refer others to the service may earn additional Sipbacks™ rewards through the referral program.
  • Referral rewards are only valid if the referred customer places an eligible order.
  • Referral terms may be modified or terminated at any time at the discretion of 247 Alcohol Delivery.

5. Disqualifying Actions

  • If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute related to any qualifying order, all accumulated and future rewards will be voided, and the customer will be permanently disqualified from the Program.
  • Any form of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation will result in immediate and permanent disqualification from the Program at the sole discretion of 247 Alcohol Delivery.

6. General Terms

  • By participating in the Sipbacks™ program, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other rules posted by 247 Alcohol Delivery.
  • 247 Alcohol Delivery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  • Program eligibility and reward fulfillment are subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

By making a purchase through www.247alcoholdelivery.ca, the customer agrees to the Sipbacks™ Terms & Conditions, as well as the 247 Alcohol Delivery Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
